Yomiko ("we", "us"), operated by Intellectero Solutions QFZ LLC, helps you draft and publish social media content to accounts you connect. This policy explains what we process and why.

Information we process

• Account identifier: your Telegram user ID, used to identify your workspace ("profile").
• Connection credentials: access tokens for the accounts you connect (Instagram/Meta, X, Telegram channels). Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to publish content on your behalf.
• Configuration you provide: the sources, topics, channels and style settings you enter.
• Content: publicly available posts from the sources you configure, and the drafts we generate for your review.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: read the public sources you configure, generate and moderate draft posts, and publish the posts you approve to your connected channels. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We share the minimum data needed with processors that power the service: OpenAI (content generation and safety moderation), Meta / Instagram Graph API, X (Twitter) API, Telegram Bot API, and Apify (public-data collection), plus our hosting provider. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Instagram & Meta

We use the Instagram Graph API only to publish content you approve to the Instagram Business account you connect. We access the minimum permissions required for publishing and comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook/Instagram settings.

Retention & deletion

We keep your profile data while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time — see Data deletion. Revoking a platform token or removing a connection deletes the stored credential for it.

Security

Secrets are encrypted at rest and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
