These Terms govern your use of Yomiko ("the Service"), operated by Intellectero Solutions QFZ LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Yomiko reads public posts from sources you configure, uses AI to draft original posts, routes them to you for approval, and publishes approved posts to the accounts you connect.

Your accounts and content

• You confirm you own, or are authorised to manage, every account and channel you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, and for complying with the terms of each platform you publish to (Meta/Instagram, X, Telegram).
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. We apply automated safety moderation, but final responsibility for published content is yours.

Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Their access may change or be withdrawn, and features may change accordingly.

Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellectero Solutions QFZ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content published through the Service.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or platform policies.

Changes, governing law & contact
